Feta, Tomato and Artichoke Pita

Feta and Artichoke Pita
President Spreadable Feta

Ingredients

  • 1 (6”/15 cm) pita
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) PRÉSIDENT Spreadable Feta
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) halved grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) quartered marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sliced, pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) artichoke marinade
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) finely chopped fresh oregano
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1. Brush both sides of pita with olive oil. Grill until lightly browned. Cool.

2. Spread cheese evenly over pita.

3. In small bowl, combine tomatoes, artichokes, olives, artichoke marinade and oregano. Mix well. Spoon on top of cheese.

4. Add black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
